You pay a monthly membership fee that includes a set number of simulator hours. For example, the Starter tier includes 4 hours per month for $149. If you need more hours beyond your included amount, discounted a la carte hours are available.

After booking your tee time online, you'll receive a unique SMS access code 15 minutes before your scheduled slot. Use this code to unlock the facility via our smart keyless entry system. You can access the facility anytime, day or night, during your booked time slot.

Hours don't roll over month-to-month. However, you can always purchase discounted a la carte hours if you need more time, or upgrade your membership tier if you consistently need more hours.

You'll receive confirmation of your waitlist reservation. As we approach opening (Early 2026), you'll be contacted to select your membership tier and secure your founder's rate. No payment is required until opening day. You can change your tier selection or cancel anytime before opening.

Yes, you can upgrade your membership tier at any time. Downgrades may be subject to availability and can typically be done at the end of your billing cycle. Contact us to discuss your options.

The facility includes a premium golf simulator bay with Uneekor XO2 technology, a BYOB-friendly lounge with comfortable seating, 4K TVs, mini-fridge, Gigabit WiFi, and hardline Ethernet.

Additional hours beyond your included monthly amount are available at discounted member rates. Pricing varies by membership tier, with members receiving significantly better rates than public simulator facilities. Contact us for specific pricing based on your membership level.
