How To Use Your Membership
A simple step-by-step guide to Private Tee Golf.
1. Choose Your Membership
Pick a tier that matches your playing frequency and complete your purchase. Your membership renews on the billing cycle you choose at checkout.
- Visit the Memberships page.
- Select your preferred tier (Starter or Practice) and choose monthly or annual billing.
- Complete checkout securely via Birrdi.
2. Confirm Your Membership
After checkout, you’ll receive confirmation and access to the booking system as soon as your membership is active.
- Review the membership options and included hours on the Membership Tiers section.
- Monthly memberships auto-renew until cancelled. Annual memberships include 1 month free.
- Review our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
3. Book Simulator Time
Once your membership is active, you can start booking your simulator sessions online.
- Log in to the booking system using the credentials we provide.
- Select the date, time, and duration of your session based on your available membership hours.
- Confirm your booking and watch for a confirmation email or SMS.
Remember: each membership tier includes a fixed number of hours per month, and unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
4. Access the Facility
Private Tee Golf is designed for secure, convenient 24/7 access using smart entry.
- Before your scheduled session, you’ll receive a unique door code via SMS.
- Arrive at your scheduled time (not early), enter your code, and the door will unlock for your session.
- Do not open the door for other guests outside your party; this can disrupt the automation system.

5. Enjoy Your Session
Once inside, you’ll have private access to the simulator bay and lounge area for the duration of your booking.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to select courses, practice modes, or games.
- Use clean clubs and balls, and remove any balls that collect near the screen.
- Treat the space, equipment, and walls with care so we can keep the environment premium for every member.
