Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Private Tee Golf's website, waitlist form, membership program, or golf simulator facility (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Memberships & Billing

• Memberships are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred without our written consent.
• Membership fees, included hours, and any promotional pricing will be communicated during signup and may be updated over time.
• Unless otherwise stated, memberships renew on a recurring basis until cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

3. Bookings, Access & Cancellations

• Simulator time must be booked through our approved booking system. Walk-ins are not guaranteed.
• Access codes or smart entry credentials are for your use only and may not be shared with non-members.
• You will receive a 6-digit door code at the start of your booking time. Do not attempt to arrive early, access the facility before your slot, or knock on the door to disturb other golfers.
• If you are in your session and other golfers request entry, do not open the door; this disrupts our software automation, and you will not be compensated for any interruption.
• We may set cancellation and rescheduling windows; missed or late cancellations may result in forfeited time or fees.

4. Facility Rules & Code of Conduct

• Guests must be 18 years or older to book and use our facility. Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
• You agree to use the facility safely and respectfully, including proper use of all golf equipment and technology.
• You are responsible for the conduct of any guests you bring and for any damage caused by you or your guests. By booking a session or maintaining an active membership, you authorize Private Tee Golf LLC to charge the payment method on file for the full cost of repairs, replacement, or specialized cleaning required due to damage caused by you or your guests.
• All guests must ensure any salt, snow, or debris is removed from shoes and clubs. If your clubs are dirty, please clean them before entering the facility.
• Do not use outside golf balls that are damaged, dirty, or marked. You are required to bring new, clean balls or use the ones provided at the desk.
• If balls get stuck at the base of the screen, you must remove them before continuing play to prevent damage and injury.
• Do not lean your body or clubs against the walls.
• Alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including inside the simulator bay, lounge, or parking areas.
• We reserve the right to remove or suspend anyone whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Golf activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of personal injury or property damage. By using our facility, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Private Tee Golf LLC will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, claim, or expense of any kind arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

6. Waiver & Release (Greensburg, PA)

By entering the facility located in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and/or using any Services provided by Private Tee Golf LLC, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of your guests. You knowingly and voluntarily waive, release, and discharge Private Tee Golf LLC, its owners, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the facility, equipment, or Services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, theft, or any other loss, except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Private Tee Golf LLC from any claims brought by your guests or any third party in connection with your use of the facility. If any portion of this waiver is found unenforceable under Pennsylvania law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

7. SMS, Email & Communications

By joining our waitlist or membership program, you may receive operational emails or SMS messages related to bookings, access codes, billing, and important facility updates. You can opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time, but may still receive transactional or legally required messages.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive promotional messages sent via an autodialer, and you understand that this agreement is not a condition of any purchase. In advance of your visit, we may require an acknowledgment via text message of our facility rules. We highly recommend you share these rules with all accompanying guests.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
